How to manage taxes in fixed value (no percentage)?

I don't know how to create special tax in fixed value, please help!

Create a new POS called "Fixed Tax" for example.
Select the POS
From "Menu" tab, create as many items as you want as a Tax (each items can be taxable if you want).
Easy!
